Volunteers Thank you for the kind feedback that you have shared with us about the brilliant ROC24 volunteers who made the event possible - which we have passed on. Mark Prigg has described the incredible support of all of our event volunteers very well indeed we feel: "I really was blown away by the support. The people marshalling just before the swampy bit \ cruel uphill section (especially the guy who said it was inspiring) ....the lady out the front of the church (what a legend and star, you really are!) ....the lady at the top of the 2nd hill that came up from the road, the ukulele player by the car park, another marshal at the car park, the young lads clapping me at the top of the hill from the road. All of you. You have no idea how much I appreciate it and how much it helps. Bless you."

Please do get in touch if you would like to volunteer with us in the future or know of anybody you might (family, friends or colleagues) - we would really appreciate it our ROC events simply couldn't take place without them! Fundraising We are also really thrilled to confirm that your combined support and generosity has helped fundraise a sum of nearly £4,000 so far (and still counting) for our partner charity St. Elizabeth Hospice, and we know that many of you were fundraising for a number of other fantastic charities too. We would particularly like to mention Bridget Read and Jen Evans Soft Tissue Therapy Services for who donated the income from their wonderful massages over the weekend and to James Henry Brown (see below), who was presented with a Special Achievement Award by his dad John for the incredible distance that he covered at ROC24 (while in pain) to fundraise for St Elizabeth Hospice in memory of his mum. Thank you all very, very much. Photos & social media We shall be uploading a library of photos on the ROC website as soon as we possibly can, but in the meantime please do CLICK HERE to see a collection of fab photos very kindly taken by Jamie Brandon. We are also pleased to announce that the #ROC24 social media winning post chosen by event partners Unicorn Studios Ipswich is this one from Victoria Owens (@thehappyrunnerNW on on Insta and Fb ). Many congratulations to Victoria who wins a free entry to ROC24 [Suffolk 2022]. What's next? We really hope that you can join us again at Woolverstone Hall next year from 6-8 May and help us spread the word about ROC24 [Suffolk 2022]. Enties will go LIVE later from 1st September 2021 (with Early Bird prices available). CLICK HERE for more details. We also have another ROC Challange lined-up for the last weekend in November this year so please do pencil this in your diary too.

Best wishes, Greg, Gary and Steve 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️👊
