Teaming-up for ROC Challenge

We are pleased as punch to be teaming-up with local running group Kesgrave Kruisers for ROC Challenge at Foxhall Stadium on 9th November and are eagerly anticipating the race date with just over a month to go.

The Kruisers knowledge of the Foxhall grounds has been essential in the  planning of the unique off-road course that covers a mixed-terrain of woodland, grass, gravel and of course the track in one of the regions most iconic sporting arenas.

Foxhall Stadium has seen the crowning of motor-sport world champions dating back to 1961, alongside multiple British titles won by Ipswich Witches speedway teams - and the local community has played a huge part in creating this legacy, with many of the Kesgrave Kruisers being big fans.

The Kruisers were the Suffolk Sport club of the year in 2018 - commended for creating a friendly and supportive environment for runners of all levels to participate in the sport. Club representative Kevin Ward says they are really excited to be part of an event like  ROC Challenge on their own doorstep, and they hope that it will provide an entry-level opportunity for runners to participate with no pressure, in a supportive team environment.

ROC Challenge at Foxhall Stadium is a running or cycling challenge for solo or team relay entries, with medals and chip-timing for everyone.
